4. User Accounts, Content, & Reviews

Users may create accounts to submit reviews, ratings, photos, or comments (“User Content”). We encourage open discussion but require users to adhere to community standards. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content.
• No Review Manipulation: You will not post fake reviews, pay for reviews, review-bomb competitors, or post reviews for a business you own or are employed by without clear disclosure.
• Your content does not contain hate speech, harassment, explicit/obscene material, spam, or personally identifiable information of others.
• You grant The Best Head a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your User Content on our platform and marketing channels.

5. Prohibited Conduct
